Towards the end of 2017, many were bracing themselves for the tumultuous year ahead. With a sense of volatility in the air, there was a cloud of uncertainty over whether many of the new, emerging technologies and innovations would be welcomed and adopted in 2018. Our Predictions for this year focused on how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and customer-first strategies would grow to become more pertinent and all-encompassing, allowing marketers to become more efficient than ever. While digital has certainly seen growth in these areas, there's still room for improvement as we come to the tail end of 2018.
