After years of false starts where we were constantly expecting mobile commerce to take off, that era is well and truly here. We don’t believe it has slowed down yet though, and we predict it to be an even bigger opportunity for online retailers in 2019. The steep rise of mobile poses an opportunity and a challenge. With mobile being a more accessible platform, there’s even more opportunity for brands to generate traffic and sales. The challenge, though, is how to effectively represent a vast inventory of products on a significantly smaller screen.
