Matt and Hannah's session, where head meets heart (or how data informs customer experience strategies), falls within the Brand & Creativity stream, and will look into how data insights can be used to understand customers and add value throughout the customer journey, how to use data as a starting point to develop targeted creative strategies, and how to measure customer experience offline and online as a whole. The session will focus on the importance of being customer-centric in order to develop a data-driven strategy that's catered to who your customer actually is, and not who they're thought to be. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to approach and use data to derive value across digital channels, and how it can influence a creative and innovative approach to targeting.
